The Seafood Post Harvest Vessel Training Project, developed by Intuitive Food Solutions in partnership with the Queensland Seafood Industry Association (QSIA), addresses critical skills gaps in food safety and handling within the wild catch seafood sector. The project focuses on creating practical, accessible training resources that equip skippers and crew with the knowledge and skills needed to handle seafood confidently whilst complying with food safety requirements.

This training aims to improve the quality of seafood products, reduce waste, increase commercial profits, and support business growth, ultimately enhancing the reputation and future sustainability of the wild catch sector.

By leveraging remote technology, the training is designed to be accessible to all wild catch sector professionals, ensuring that businesses can deliver premium-quality products and achieve greater customer and employee satisfaction.
